New York Times journalist Linda Baker features Opus Newton in their article “What Baby Boomers Want (Options!), Senior Housing Delivers”. Baker notes that through the Opus model, residents will receive a sense of purpose and community, while also reducing staff overhead cost. As the market rebounds from the pandemic, aging in community is becoming more desirable:
