Introducing Opus. Defiantly joyous. Defiantly different.
In creating Opus, 2Life has drawn on its core values to put a whole new kind of senior living community within the financial reach of those who don’t qualify for subsidized housing and aren’t comfortable with the currently available upscale options. As a result, they either have to let go of the idea of living in an independent senior living community or leave Greater Boston and their familiar neighborhood for a more affordable location. Opus will offer a true alternative for senior living right here.
Three principles shape the affordability of our new option:
Opus will be woven into active, vibrant communities where residents can access nearby fitness, wellness, learning and cultural activities, so not every amenity has to be on-site.
Every Opus resident will truly be part of the community — volunteering their time to make community life richer and more authentic while reducing dependence on staff.
We’ll bring care to you, rather than moving you to care — creatively leveraging health care partnerships to support residents in accessing affordable, quality care to lower the likelihood of ever needing to move to a higher level of care.
