Living Well
WHOLE-PERSON WELLNESS AT OPUS NEWTON | SENIOR LIVING IN NEWTON, MA

Living well starts with being well.

Living an unapologetically joyful life starts with a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Beyond that, research has shown that truly holistic well-being includes a harmonious balance of eight dimensions of wellness: intellectual, physical, emotional, spiritual, social, vocational, environmental, and financial. With this in mind, Opus Newton has been designed to support all aspects of your wellness.

In our diverse, inclusive community, you’ll find a wide variety of opportunities to seamlessly integrate each element of wellness into your life. From a state-of-the-art gym and group exercise room to outdoor fitness equipment, walking trails, and more, incorporating movement into your day can be as challenging as a Zumba class or as simple as taking a walk outside. Explore a new topic in a lifelong learning class or volunteer to teach one and share your knowledge with others. Participate in spiritual programs from prayer groups to mediation. Join in the numerous cultural celebrations and social events. When it comes to leading a purposeful, engaged life, you’ll determine what works best for you, and you’ll set the pace.
