As you may imagine, our innovative take on community living for middle-income senior adults has been wildly popular. You can still get involved by joining our Opus Newton Waitlist. Waitlist members will be first in line for any apartments that become available in our new retirement community.
To join, simply make a $1,500 deposit, which is refundable less a $500 administrative fee should you decide not to move in. This deposit will secure your status as a Waitlist Member and you will be offered newly available apartments in order of the date you joined the list. We will also keep you up to date on our construction progress, events, and more.
